FAQ

How soon do I have to pick up my meat?

Our new policy effective 8/26/22 is that you have 72 hours (3 business days) to pick up your meat after you are notified. Due to the high volume of meat being processed , trying to keep rising costs down & our limited freezer space we will start charging $20 a day after the 3 business days. Limited exceptions can be made on a case by case basis but in general we need your meat picked up as fast as possible.

Do you sell retail meat?

No, we are licensed with the state of Minnesota for custom processing only. We do not sell individual steaks, bacon, burger, etc..

Can I buy a half or whole pig? Or a quarter, half or whole beef?
